1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellation request must be made before the order is dispatched
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Invalid customer information
In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.

Schedule Pickup
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 3-5 business days. Pack the product securely in original packaging. -
Quality Check
Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. -
Refund Processing
After quality check approval, refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund to bank account via NEFT/IMPS. You will need to provide bank details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name)
- Prepaid Orders (if applicable in future): Refund to original payment method

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product:
- Initiate a return for the original product
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Refund for the returned product will be processed separately
