Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier availability and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement
- Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day
3.2 Order Dispatch
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details
- Tracking information is activated within 24-48 hours of dispatch
- You can track your order using the Order Number on our website or courier website

4.1 We Deliver Across India
We deliver to most PIN codes across all states and union territories of India including:
- All metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad)
- State capitals and major cities
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Semi-urban and rural areas (where courier service is available)
4.2 PIN Code Verification
Important
Serviceability is verified during checkout based on your PIN code. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified before payment. Please ensure your PIN code matches your selected state.
4.3 Non-Serviceable Areas
Some remote locations may have limited or no delivery service. If your PIN code is not serviceable:
- You will be notified at checkout
- You may provide an alternate delivery address
- Contact support for possible alternatives

We partner with trusted logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery:

- India Post (for select PIN codes)
The shipping partner is assigned based on serviceability and fastest delivery option for your location.
6. Order Tracking
6.1 How to Track Your Order
- Check your email/SMS for tracking number after dispatch
- Visit our Order Tracking page
- Enter your Order Number to view status
- Alternatively, track directly on the courier partner's website
6.2 Order Status Updates
You will receive notifications at the following stages:
- Order Confirmed: When your order is successfully placed
- Order Dispatched: When your order leaves our warehouse
- In Transit: Updates as the order moves through transit
- Out for Delivery: When the delivery executive is on the way
- Delivered: Confirmation of successful delivery
7. Delivery Process
7.1 Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If you're unavailable, the delivery executive will contact you
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
7.2 Receiving Your Order
- Please check the package for any visible damage before accepting
- If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery
- For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery
- Keep the invoice for returns/exchanges
7.3 Delivery OTP (if applicable)
For certain orders, you may receive an OTP for delivery verification. Share the OTP with the delivery executive only after inspecting the package.
8. Delays and Issues
8.1 Possible Causes of Delay
- High order volume during sales/festive seasons
- Weather conditions (rain, floods, extreme weather)
- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
- Remote location with limited courier access
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
8.2 What to Do If Delayed
- Check tracking status for updates
- Wait for the estimated delivery window to pass
- Contact us at support@forgentlemen.store with your Order Number
- We will coordinate with the courier and update you
9. Damaged/Wrong Shipments
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Do not use or wash the product
- Take photos/videos of the package and product
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Email returns@forgentlemen.store with Order Number and photos
- We will arrange pickup and replacement/refund
